Our purpose is to organize knowledge workers worldwide to accelerate innovations across all industries. By 2029, we plan to have one million knowledge workers serving both VC-backed startups and major global enterprises. Our clients come to us with an idea and we quickly turn around a proposal with an estimate and milestones, but only contract on a time and material basis (no fixed-price fixed scope work, no equity payment), and we do not sell product licenses. To deliver better, more affordable, and faster services, we have created "Flow" an API, web, and a mobile native application.

Danny Castonguay

Danny holds degrees in computer science, machine learning, and an MBA. In his professional career he has worked as an Associate Partner for McKinsey and CTO of Kalibrr.com (also a co-founder). Throughout his career, Danny has been committed to helping businesses solve complex problems with technology. At bld.ai, his goal is to organize 1M knowledge workers worldwide by 2029 to accelerate innovations across all industries. Danny is also deeply committed to our mission of educating others by building and supporting AI and web3 products and is dedicated to leading the company to success in this endeavor.

Eric is a co-founder of bld.ai. Prior to bld.ai he spent his career coaching and mentoring engineering teams as a Computer Science instructor and business owner. He recognizes the incredible talent which exists globally but is often underutilized. He is passionate about building their reputation and connecting their services with those who need it. As a member of the board he provides strategic direction and oversight of our operations.

Leah Grace Capitan has over a decade of experience in building and growing businesses in Canada, United States, and the Philippines. As the co-founder of bld.ai, she is responsible for global operations including compliance, payroll, and commercial relations with hundreds of clients worldwide. She also works with our legal counsel to oversee all contract management with our partners and clients and works with the product team to incorporate compliance within the Flow platform.
